Write about anything below. A reply usually takes a few days; there is no support team, so a clear message with what you were doing, the screen you were on, and your device and browser helps most.
What to write about
- A bug or something that looks wrong. Say what you expected and what happened.
- A site that does not work in the Browser window. The Browser reads pages only, and the cloud browser is experimental; some sites will not work.
- Privacy and data. You can erase everything yourself under Settings, then Data, then Erase everything. For anything else, such as a question about this policy, write here.
- Advertising, press and partnerships. Send a short note about what you have in mind.
- Takedown or copyright. Friction links to radio stations, TV streams, podcasts and songs that other people publish and does not host them. If something should not be listed, send the address and who you are.
Before you write
The About page says what Friction is. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use answer most questions about data and rules.
